Cameron John Tucker, 30, of Gillespie, Ill., died in Gillespie on Saturday, Aug. 10, 2024. He was born May 26, 1994 in Litchfield, Ill. the son of Robert “Bob” L. Tucker and Lisa Ann (Lehotz) Tucker.

He was an electronics tech for World With Technology. Cameron enjoyed high school sports, St. Louis Blues Hockey, fishing, and playing video games with his brother.

He is survived by his parents, Bob and Lisa Tucker, Gillespie; brother, Keith (significant other, Amanda) Tucker, Gillespie; grandmother, Dixie Lamparter; aunts, uncles and their family, Will Lehotz, Keith and Suzi Hamilton, Mike and Joyce Tucker, as well as George and Leeann Link. Cameron was preceded in death by his grandparents, Roy and Delores Tucker, and George Lamparter; and uncle, John Lehotz. Visitation Services were Tuesday, Aug. 13, 2024 at Kravanya Funeral Home in Gillespie. Funeral Services are Wednesday, Aug. 14, 2024 at 10 a.m. at SS Simon and Jude Church in Gillespie. Interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery located in Gillespie. Kravanya Funeral Home of Gillespie is in charge of the arrangements.
