Spickerman

Dorothy Mae Spickerman, 92, of Bunker Hill, Ill., died at Staunton Health and Rehab Center on Monday, Aug. 5, 2024. She was born May 28, 1932, in Alton the daughter of the Late Alvin Bixen and Clara Bixen. She married Harold Spickerman and he preceded her in death in 1994.

She was a homemaker. She is survived by her two sons, Mathew D. Spickerman, Bunker Hill, and Randall D. Morris, Godfrey; grandchildren, Daniel Spickerman, Shelby Spickerman, Jason Morris, and Kimberly Morris; and great-grandchild, Aryn Rose. Dorothy was preceded in death by her siblings, Harold Bixen and Alice Spickerman.

Visitation and Funeral services were held on Friday, Aug. 9, 2024 at Zion Lutheran Church in Bunker Hill and interment followed at Bunker Hill Cemetery located in Bunker Hill. Kravanya Funeral Home of Bunker Hill was in charge of the arrangements.
