SCC Women's Golf League

Thursday, July 11

It was a hot and humid day but we were all glad to get together after missing golf last week.

The low gross was the team of Rosemarie Pickerill and Linda Rohe. They also tied for low putts with the team of Martha Riley and Kathryn Young. Young scored a birdie on Hole No. 6. The low net was the team of Linda Best and Bev Kramer. The course was in great condition thanks to Allen and his crew.

They would like to thank Stephanie for a superb lunch followed up by a delicious dessert.

Thursday, July 25

Lovely day on the golf course with very good games. Sue Stiegemeier and Barb Augustine shot a 37. The net score was the team of Cynthia Albrecht Tipler and Linda Rohe. The two teams tied for low putts (11).

They enjoyed a very nice lunch prepared by Stephanie. Also, thanks for the wonderful cake and ice cream.

Thursday, Aug. 1

The weather didn't cooperate with us this past Thursday, however, we waited the rain and finished our 9 holes.

The low gross was the team of Sue Stiegemeier and Rosemarie Pickerill (41). They also tied for low putts with the team of Kathryn Young and Martha Riley (11). The low net was the team of Mary Best and Linda Best (25).

Thursday was Stephanie's last day to prepare lunches for us since she is returning to teach school. She will be missed as well as her wonderful lunches and desserts. They will continue teeing off at 9 a.m.
