Lowell E. White, (34), of Farmersville, committed a Class three felony on June 19, 2024, in that said defendant knowingly possessed less than five grams of a substance containing methamphetamine.

Daphne C. Babcock, (31), of Girard, committed a Class three felony on June 10, 2024, in that said defendant knowingly possessed less than five grams of a substance containing methamphetamine.

Andrew P. Spensberger, (24), of Wilsonville, committed the Class four felony of theft with unauthorized control over property on July 18, 2024 in that said defendant knowingly obtained an electric scooter belonging to another while having been previously convicted of theft in Montgomery County.

Kyle W. Fenstermaker, (35) of Jerseyville, committed the following two crimes on July 20, 2024: count one for resisting the performance of a peace officer in that said defendant refused to identify himself after having been given lawful commands to do so; count two is for criminal trespass, in that said defendant unlawfully remained within a Shell Gas Station located in Brighton, after having been told by employees that his presence was no longer welcomed within the establishment.

Frederic J. Skinner, (20), of Carlinville, committed the crime of resisting a peace officer on July 19, 2024, in that said defendant ran from the officer and hid inside a car after being informed he had a warrant.

Shauna R. Ashby, (39), of Oakford, Ill., committed the crime of retail theft having a total value not in excess of $300 on June 6, 2024, in that said defendant knowingly took possession of fireball alcohol shooters from Casey’s General Store located in Carlinville.

Shawndra M. Barnes, (43), of Carlinville, committed theft with unauthorized control having a total value of less than $500, in that on June 7, 2024, said defendant knowingly exerted unauthorized control over a red in color tri-cycle.

Jonathon A. Graves, (32), of Wilsonville, committed criminal damage to property with the damage not being in excess of $500 in that, on June 22, 2024, said defendant threw an object through a residential window.

Holly M. Yotter, (45), of Moro, committed battery on June 22, 2024, in that said defendant grabbed another by the throat until the victim passed out.

Brandan W. Wilson, (26), of Sorento, committed the following two crimes on June 8, 2024: count one is for resisting a peace officer in that, said defendant fled on foot away from Trooper; count two is for the possession of hypodermic needle in that said defendant possessed an instrument adapted for the use of a controlled substance or cannabis by subcutaneous injection in violation of the Hypodermic Syringes and Needles Act.

Roderick J. Boulanger, (39), of Modesto, committed criminal trespass to vehicles in that said defendant knowingly entered into a 1999 Ford F-250 while owned by another on June 8, 2024.

Donald W. King, (46), of Carlinville, committed theft having a total value of less than $500 on June 11, 2024, in that said defendant knowingly took control over a green BMX style bicycle owned by another party.

Jessica L. Sams, (43), of Gillespie, committed criminal damage to property with the damage not being in excess of $500 on June 19, 2024, in that said defendant damaged a wooden fence owned by another party.

Rebecca L. Loker, (44), of Benld, committed two counts for knowingly delivered a bad bank check to obtain control over certain property of Randy’s Market in the amount of $250 on June 7, 2024; count two occurred on June 11, 2024, in that said defendant knowingly delivered a bad bank check to Randy’s Market in the amount of $200, knowing said checks would not be paid by the depository.

Timothy D. Conlee, (29), of Gillespie, committed two counts of criminal trespass to land in that, on July 20 and July 21, 2024, said defendant entered upon the land of another in Gillespie, after having received prior notice that such entry was forbidden by Gillespie Police Department.

Merrill L. Vanvleck, (49), of Benld, committed two counts on June 4, 2024: count one is for battery, in that said defendant knowingly caused bodily harm by punching victim in the face; count two is for disorderly conduct, in that said defendant verbally confronted the above mentioned victim at a Casey’s General Store and them approached said victim in a menacing fashion and manner to alarm and disturb a third party, provoking a breach of peace.

Christopher W. Gunn, (43), of Girard, committed the offense of violating an order of protection in that on July 26, 2024 said defendant came within 500 feet of the protected party.

Craig A. Randolph, (32), of Poplar Bluff, Mo., committed two counts for crimes committed on July 2, 2024: count one is for resisting a peace officer, in that said defendant fled on foot from a Mt. Olive Police officer after having been given lawful commands to stop; count two is for battery, in that said defendant caused bodily harm by grabbing another by the throat and attempted to choke said victim.

Deontrae J. Butler, (31), of Springfield, Ill., was ticketed for the first or second offense of driving a silver, 2008 Chrysler passenger car, on Interstate 55 while under the influence of alcohol on July 18, 2024, at 11:04 a.m.

Robert D. Carter, (55), of St. Louis, Mo., was ticketed for the first or second offense of driving a white, 2021 Chevy truck, while under the influence of alcohol near E. Nicholas on N. Charles in Carlinville on July 20, 2024, at 9:49 p.m.
