Court

Josh S. Tucker, (29), of Staunton, committed the following two crimes on July 15, 2024: count one is a Class two felony for aggravated domestic battery, in that said defendant knowingly pushed his girlfriend through a residential door causing lacerations to the victim’s arms and it required sutures to repair; count two is a for domestic battery with physical contact, in that he knowingly grabbed the leg of his girlfriend and pulled her out of bed.

Sabrina Dawn Walker, (25), of Staunton, committed the Class four felony for the unlawful possession of a credit/debit card on March 27, 2024, in that said defendant possessed and intended to use another’s debit card and had acquired it without the consent of the card owner.

Matthew S. Bandy, (41), of Greenville, committed criminal trespass to land on June 23, 2024, in that said defendant entered upon the property of another located in Lake Kaho, Ill., and did so after receiving prior notice that entry was forbidden by the land owner.

Joseph L. Kelley, (20), of Staunton, committed the crime of criminal damage to property with the damage not being in excess of $500 on May 30, 2024, in that said defendant knowingly threw another’s iPhone onto concrete resulting in a broken screen.

Steven C. Trimm, (53), of Carlinville, knowingly committed theft having a total value less than $500 and exerted unauthorized control of another individual’s rug on April 14, 2024.

Mark A. Beasley, (73), of Carlinville, committed a crime on June 29, 2024, being the possession of a .22 caliber Marlin rifle during a time period in which said defendant had an expired FOID card.

Christopher W. Gunn, (43), of Girard, knowingly committed an act prohibited by an Emergency Order of Protection in Macoupin County on July 17, 2024, in that said defendant came within 500 feet of the protected party after having been served with notice of said Order of Protection.

Amanda L. Carrigan, (32), of Brighton, knowingly committed currency theft valued at less than $500 on May 25, 2024 through May 27, 2024 and did so with the intent to permanently deprive the Subway fast-food restaurant located in Brighton.

DUI

Timothy C. Hokenson, (38), of Mt. Olive, was ticketed for driving a white, 2012 Dodge truck while under the influence at the intersection of South Poplar St. and E. 1st South St. in Mt. Olive on July 4, 2024 at 2:50 a.m.

Mark A. Batson, (56), of Bunker Hill, was ticketed for driving a white, 2019 Ford truck while under the influence in Bunker Hill on July 13, 2024 at 8:45 p.m.
