Debra Kay Fritzsche, 71, passed away at Sunrise Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Virden on Friday, July 5, 2024. She was born in Litchfield on April 26,1953 the daughter of the Late Roy “Scotty” and Mildred (Niehaus) Fritzsche.
She attended Immanuel Lutheran Grade School and Mt. Olive High School graduating with the class of 1971. She was employed at Roller Derby Skate Corporation and Schutt Manufacturing as a laborer in Litchfield. Debra was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Mt. Olive. She loved to go fishing in her free time.
Debra is survived by her brother, Leroy Fritzsche; a nephew, Jay (Theresa) Fritzsche; a niece, Becky (Stan) Brown; and several cousins.
Graveside services will take place at Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery in Mt. Olive on Saturday, July 27, 2024 at 11 a.m., and Pastor James Ritter will be officiating. Becker and Son Funeral Home of Mt. Olive is in charge of arrangements.
