Court

Timothy D. Conlee, (29), of Gillespie, committed a Class four felony for aggravated fleeing and disobeying two or more official traffic control devices on July 6, 2024, in that said defendant drove a black, 2011 Ford F-150 and wilfully failed or refused to obey after having been given a visual or audible signal by a peace officer.

Dylan J. Arview, (25), of Benld, committed two Class four felonies on July 5, 2024: counts one and two are for aggravated DUI with a suspended/revoked license for a statutory summary suspension and while being eligible for a Monitoring Device Driving Permit(MDDP), in that said defendant drove a 2002 Ford truck while under the influence of alcohol on Route 4 in Gillespie.

Bobby L. Walker, (35), of Sorento, committed a Class four felony for driving a 2012 Ford Focus on Main St. near Old Route 66 in Mt. Olive during a period in which the defendant’s license was suspended/revoked. The defendant has four previous convictions for driving with a suspended/revoked license: Feb. 24, 2014, Oct. 11, 2018 and May 3, 2022 in Macoupin County and April 1, 2022 in Tazewell County.

Dustin W. Gooch, (34), of Beecher City, Ill., committed a Class four felony for aggravated fleeing on June 17, 2024, in that said defendant operated a 2021 Hawk motorcycle and after having been given visual and audible signal by a peace officer, the defendant attempted to flee and elude. The attempt caused bodily injury to Gooch in that he suffered a leg injury as a result of a crash which ended the chase.

Dustin R. Stieglitz, (37), of Shipman, committed the offense of aggravated assault with the use of a deadly weapon, in that on June 29, 2024, said defendant threatened to kill another individual and tapped his pocket that had a knife in it, thereby placing said individual in reasonable apprehension of receiving a battery.

Steven A. Kroll, (32), of Eagarville, Ill., committed the offense of resisting a peace officer, in that on June 26, 2024, Kroll knowingly obstructed a peace officer engaged in the execution of his official duties after the officer made forcible entry into the defendant’s residence and announced himself as a police officer, the defendant ran away and did not stop until he got to another residence’s garage.

Jordan A. Black, (24), of Gillespie, committed battery on July 8, 2024, in that said defendant knowingly punched another individual in the face.

On July 13, 2024, Black committed the following offenses: count one is after having been served notice of a Stalking/No Contact Order, said defendant knowingly contacted the protected person which was prohibited by the Court; count two is for criminal damage to property with the value not being in excess of $500, in that said defendant knowingly stabbed a tire of the protected person’s vehicle and did so without permission.
