Penny Osborn, 64, of Fidelity, Ill., passed away at her residence on Thursday, June 25, 2024. Penny was born on Aug. 30, 1959 at St. Francis Hospital in Litchfield, Ill., the daughter of John and Helen (Musgrove) Clore.

Penny married Kenneth Melton, and they divorced. She married Gilbert Gene Osborn and he preceded her in death.

Penny attended grade school in Staunton and Bunker Hill, then finished at Gillespie High School. She was employed as a CNA.
