Girl Scout Cadette Troop 6390 would like to thank everyone who stopped by their two cookie booths this past weekend and to provide support. The price increase and inflation seems to be hurting the cookie sales this year. The girls still have leftover cookies and they’re almost out of time to get them sold.
Troop 6390 is looking for individuals to help them donate the rest of these cookies to the local first responders, Staunton Helping Hands Center, Staunton Nursing Home, or The Glenwood’s Assisted Living. The idea is for those interested to choose their preferred place to donate (within Staunton) and the Girl Scouts will deliver. Venmo and Paypal are accepted as well.
Cookies are $6 per box. The following cookies are the ones leftover:
Adventurefuls - 2 cases and 10 boxes;
Caramel DeLites - 7 cases and 6 boxes;
Lemonades - 1 box;
P.B. Patties - 3 cases and 4 boxes;
P.B. Sandwiches - 5 cases and 9 boxes;
Toast Yays - 3 boxes;
And Trefoils - 1 case and 9 boxes.
Along with Venmo and Paypal, cash and checks are also accepted. The checks are to be made payable to GSCI Troop 6390. The Venmo username is @jwieseman (8191) and to use Paypal, go to Paypal.me/troop391.
