Scroggins

Nancy J. Scroggins, 76, of Bunker Hill, died at La Bella in Alton on Wednesday, May 29, 2024. She was born May 12, 1948, in Alton, the daughter of Lylburn Cagle and Josephine Glass Cagle Bewig and they preceded her in death. She married Randolph David Scroggins of Bunker Hill on June 17, 1967 at the First Congregational Church in Bunker Hill and he survives. She was a school teacher. Nancy was a member of the First Congregational Church of Bunker Hill, Bunker Hill Library Board, Bunker Hill Beautification Committee and the Alton Teachers Union.
