Carl J. Thompson, (39), of Carlinville, committed the Class four felony of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, in that said defendant knowingly possessed a substance containing fentanyl on May 5, 2024.

Averion D. Hill, (26), of Shipman, committed two offenses: count one is a Class three felony, in that on June 8, 2024, said defendant committed aggravated battery in a public place by striking a victim in the face with his fist; count two occurred on June 7, 2024, in that said defendant committed aggravated assault with the use of a deadly weapon where Hill pulled a knife and held it over his head while running after a victim.

Dylon R. Wright, (28), of Decatur, committed multiple offenses on June 10, 2024: count one is a Class two felony of burglary, in that said defendant entered a building in Shipman with the intent to commit theft; count two is a Class three felony, having a non-probationable three to ten -year sentence for the unlawful possession of weapons by a felon. Said defendant, being previously convicted of a felony, knowingly possessed a Benelli Super Black Eagle firearm; count three is a Class three felony of theft with unauthorized control, in that said defendant knowingly exerted unauthorized control of a Benelli Super Black Eagle shotgun having a value of more that $500 but less than $10,000.

Logan M. Billings, (34), of Benld, committed the Class three felony of possessing less than five grams of a substance containing methamphetamine on March 12, 2024.

Asa M. Proctor, (45), of Gillespie, committed the Class three felony of possessing less than five grams of a substance containing methamphetamine on March 27. 2024.

David N. Crane, (34), of Brighton, committed multiple counts of child pornography: count one is a Class X felony, having a $2,000-$100,000 fine and a sentence of three years to life, mandatorily consecutive with other counts with a mandatory supervised release, in that said defendant knowingly disseminated images of a child whom defendant reasonably should have known to be under the age of thirteen and who was depicted or portrayed to be engaged in sexual acts, on or about May 5, 2024; counts two through eleven are all Class two felonies, each with a $1,000-$100,000 fine, a three years to life sentence, each fine is probation-eligible: counts two through four occurred on or about April 2, 2024 and June 13, 2024, in that said defendant knowingly disseminated images of a child whom defendant reasonably should have known to be under the age of thirteen, who was depicted or portrayed to be engaged in sexual acts; counts five through seven occurred on or about April 12, 2024 and June 13, 2024, in that said defendant knowingly disseminated images of a child whom defendant reasonably should have known to be under the age of thirteen, who was depicted or portrayed to be engaged in sexual acts; count eight occurred on or about April 13, 2024 and June 13, 2024, in that said defendant knowingly disseminated images of a child whom defendant reasonably should have known to be under the age of thirteen, who was depicted or portrayed to be engaged in sexual acts; counts nine through eleven occurred on or about April 25, 2024 and June 13, 2024, in that said defendant knowingly disseminated images of a child whom defendant reasonably should have known to be under the age of thirteen, who was depicted or portrayed to be engaged in sexual acts.

Toby A. Hughes, (56), of Brighton, committed two counts on June 6, 2024: count one is criminal damage to property and count two is disorderly conduct, in that said defendant threw and broke a kitchen chair and also threw and bent a frying pan in another's residence. The damages were not in excess of $500.

Shawndra M. Barnes, (43), of Carlinville, committed the offense of theft with unauthorized control over a wagon owned by another on June 2, 2024.

Gabriel W. Hudgins, (19), of Carlinville, committed the offense of criminal trespass to a vehicle with physical control, in that said defendant knowingly and without authority operated a 1987 Honda CH250 on May 29, 2024.

Gregory J. Beile, (42), of Mt. Olive, committed the crime of possessing drug paraphernalia being a clear pipe for the ingestion of methamphetamine or other substances on May 29, 2024.

Frederick J. Carter, (57), of Carlinville, committed the offense of the known criminal trespass of entering a house without authority in Carlinville, on May 17, 2024.
