Eddinger

Sandra La Vonne (Eldridge) Eddinger, 52, of Bunker Hill, died at her residence on Tuesday, June 4, 2024. She was born Sept. 10, 1971, in Staunton, Ill. the daughter to Donald Eldridge and Lucille (Davis) Eldridge.

She was an Assistant Manager at Dollar General in Shipman. Sandra loved people, being with family and helping those in need.

She is survived by her mother, Lucille Eldridge; son, Austyn; step-daughter, Karen Michelle; step-grandchild, Atticus; six siblings, Dale Eldridge, Diana Chestnut, Donna (Tim) Hancock, Laurie Winfree, Gary Eldridge, and Steven (Josie) Eldridge; special friend, Leo McGuire; many nieces and nephews also survive. Sandra was preceded in death by her father, Donald Eldridge; and sister, Sharon Kim Parnell.

A celebration of life was held on Monday, June 10, 2024 at the Bunker Hill Community Center in Bunker Hill. Kravanya Funeral Home of Bunker Hill was in charge of the arrangements.
