Rekart, (50), of Benld, committed two counts of theft on May 4, 2024: Count one is a class four felony, in that said defendant knowingly obtained control over stolen property, being a Tool Shed 6500E Generator, after having previously been convicted of retail theft.; and on May 7, 2024, said defendant knowingly exerted unauthorized control of property, being less than $500 transferred via Cash App.

Jacob M. Reiniesch, (24), of Gillespie, committed a class four felony for driving on a revoked or suspended license on April 26, 2024. Said defendant drove a blue, Jeep Cherokee on State Highway Route 4 at a time when his driver's license was suspended for Statutory Summary Suspension and while being eligible for a Monitoring Device Driving Permit (MDDP).

Kourtney K. Claro, (32), of Gillespie, committed the class four felony of unlawful possession of a controlled substance containing fentanyl on March 31, 2024.

Dominique M. Kierbach, (26), of Benld, committed a class four felony of unlawful possession of a controlled substance containing fentanyl on April 1, 2024.

Gaberial A. Desherilia, (22), of Gillespie, committed a class three felony of possessing less than five grams of methamphetamines or a substance containing methamphetamine on March 11, 2024.

Mark N. Richardson, (24), of Benld, committed the offense of assault on May 15, 2024, in that said defendant swung his fist at a victim causing a battery.

Gerald L. Cairns, (64), of Gillespie, committed the offense of criminal trespass to land, in that on May 21, 2024, said defendant entered the land of another after having received prior notice that such entry was forbidden by the Gillespie Police Department.
