Frank Jesse Castillo, 54, of Wood River, Ill., passed away on Sunday, May 26, 2024. He was born on Aug. 10, 1969 to the late Albert III and Frances (Vasques) Castillo.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting, cooking, and barbequing. He was a very innovative person.
He is survived by a daughter, Aelainea Castello, Staunton; grandson, Bryson Welburn; two brothers, Jerry Castillo, St. Jacob and John Castillo, Collinsville; two sisters, Juanita Maldonado, Granite City and Margaret Byrd, Breese; several nieces and nephews also survive.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Wojstrome Funeral Home and Crematory in Granite City is in charge of the arrangements.
