Court
David R. Scott, (35), of Carlinville, committed the Class three felony offense for the known possession of less than five grams of methamphetamine or a substance containing it on Feb. 18, 2024.
Raymond E. Jones, (56), of Carlinville, faces a Class two felony offense for a crime committed on May 8, 2024, being that said defendant is a sex offender with a prior conviction for the violation of the sex offender registry in 2018. After being released from Macoupin County Jail, the defendant knowingly lacked a fixed place of residency and the defendant knowingly did not register weekly between the dates of April 27, 2024 and May 8, 2024.
Boone J. Neel, (34), of Carlinville, committed the Class three felony offense for the known possession of less than five grams of methamphetamine or a substance containing it on Jan. 2, 2024.
Lance T. Pack, (50), of Girard, committed a Class three felony offense in that said defendant, with the intent to defraud another, knowingly forged and made/altered a false document on Aug. 2, 2023 consisting of a letter declaring him 100 percent disabled issued from the Department of Veterans Affairs. The letter was capable of defrauding another in that he delivered said letter to the Macoupin County Assessor, then purported to have been issued the false document by the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Corylee S. Ellsworth, (35), of Litchfield, committed the Class three felony for the known possession of less than five grams of methamphetamine or a substance containing it on Feb. 8, 2024.
Tina Louton, (38), of Louisville, Ky., committed the Class two felony offense of theft with stolen intent having a value in excess of $10,000 but less than $100,000 on Jan. 26, 2024. Said defendant knowingly exerted unauthorized control over property of another and did so with the intent to deprive the owner permanently of the use and benefit of the property.
Jessica M. Reiman, (39), of Gillespie, committed counts one and two on Nov. 15 and Nov. 18, 2024, in that said defendant used bad checks and defrauded with the intent to obtain control over certain property of Randy’s Market by delivering, drawing, and signing as drawer, knowing said checks with the amounts of $93.25 and $193.68 would not be paid by the depository.
DUI
Xavier F. Cortesi, (44), of Gillespie, was ticketed for two counts of driving a black, 2006 Dodge Truck under the influence of alcohol and for having a BAC .08 or more while on Washington St. and Alton St. in Bunker Hill at 11:20 p.m., on May 11, 2024.
Shane T. Pollard, (56), of Litchfield, was ticketed for two counts of driving a blue, 2002 Dodge Truck under the influence of alcohol and for having a BAC no more than .282 while on S. 3rd St. and Franklin St. in Girard, Ill.
Hunter L. Dobbs, (21), of St. Louis, Mo., was ticketed for two counts of driving a white, 2020 Jeep under the influence of alcohol and for having a BAC no more than .184 while on Saracco Dr. located just outside Benld, Ill.
Maria V. Akhutina, (45), of Altoona, Wis., was ticketed for a first or second offense of driving a black, 2023 Cadillac passenger car under the influence of alcohol just southwest of mile point 47 on Interstate 55, located just outside Cahokia Township at 11:17 p.m., on May 14, 2024.
