The Installment Proposition In The Cost Of Two Large Fans For Gymnasium Approved

At the Monday, April 15 Staunton School Board meeting, Steven Moore and Brett Allen provided information to the Staunton Board of Educationabout the prospects of installing large fans in the main gymnasium in Staunton's High School as an alternative option to air conditioning that would be more cost effective. Discussion took place on the manner and the Board members approved the installation of two large fans in the main gym at a cost of $34,313. The installation will be completed before school returns to session in Aug. of 2024.
