Shane J Lomelino, (42), of Palmyra, committed multiple offenses on March 21, 2024. Kidnapping and Unlawful Restraint in that said defendant knowingly and without legal authority detained and secretly confined victim with in his residence in Palmyra, Ill. Defendant took victims phone and threated to harm them if they attempted to leave the residence.
Travis M West, (26), of Carlinville, on March 22, 2024 defendant committed the offense of Aggravated Battery in that said defendant, in committing a battery knowingly made contact of an insulting or provoking nature, in that he grabbed the arm of Bystander and slapped them across the face while on the 400 block of North West Street, a public way.
Jeremy S Rigney, (44), of Carlinville, committed multiple offenses on March 23, 2024. Possession of Meth and Meth Delivery of more than 100 grams but less that 400 grams of methamphetamine, in that said defendant knowingly possessed with the intent to deliver.
Ryan Montoro, (38) committed multiple offenses on March 23, 2024. Criminal Trespassing and Criminal Damage to property more than $500, but less than $10,000. In that said defendant knowingly and without authority entered a Wilsonville residence, knowingly damaged said property, being a storm door and remained in the residences after he had reason to know that one or more persons were present.
Antonio L Zollicoffer, (35), committed multiple offenses on March 16, 2024. Possession of Methamphetamine and Methamphetamine Delivery of more that 15 grams but less that 100 grams of a substance containing Methamphetamine, in that defendant knowing possessed said substance with the intent to deliver. Unlawful Possession of Weapons by Felons, in that said defendant, a person who has been convicted of a felony under the laws of the Sate of Illinois, knowingly possessed a firearm. Lugar Model 09 9mm handgun.
Dustin M Luketich, (37), between November 23, 2023 and December 25, 2023 defendant committed Theft more than $500 from the Government. In that said person knowingly obtained unauthorized control over the property of the State of Illinois, in that said defendant took approximately 75 gallons of gasoline from the gas tanks at Beaver Dam State Park with the intent to permanently deprive the State of Illinois of said gasoline and the gasoline being governmental property. Defendant committed multiple offenses on February 17, 2024. Theft, Unauthorized Control, and Burglary, in that said defendant knowingly entered building, a pole barn in Plainview, and exerted unauthorized control over the property of Victim being a bench vise, a Honda brand motor, and hydrolic pump, having a value more that $500 but less than $10,000.
Breydon T Turner, (23), of Carlinville, on February 10, 2024 said defendant committed the offense of Theft and Control of over $500 with a Prior. In that said defendant knowingly obtained unauthorized control over property of victim, being two speakers and an amp, intending to permanently deprive victim of the use of said property and defendant having been previously convicted of theft in Macoupin County case number 22-CF-163.
Anthony S. Jackson, (20), of Wilsonville, on March 22, 2024 committed the offense of Violate Order of Protection, in that said defendant, after having been served notice of the contents of an Order of Protection, 31-CV-24-711, issued by the District Court of Ithaca County, Minnesota, did intentionally commit an act to prohibited by the order of protection in that said defendant made contact with Order of Protection holder via TikTok messages.
Levi T Kroll, (34), of Carlinville, on March 21, 2024 committed the offense of Disorderly Conduct, in that said defendant knowingly disturbed the peace of victim, in that drove to victims place of employment, verbally confronted victim, and made verbal threats against victim in such an unreasonable manner as to alarm and disturb victim and provoke a breach of the peace.
Christopher G Rogerson, (42), of Girard, on March 23, 2024 committed the offense of Escape of Misdemeanor from Penal institute, in that said defendant, having been convicted of Driving while license revoked, in the violation of 625 ILCS 5/6-303(d)(2), a class 4 Felony, intentionally failed to report for periodic imprisonment as per his jail order in 2022MT165.
Keona D Roos, (20), of Gillespie, on March 22, 2024 committed the offense of Retail Theft/Display Merchandise, in that said defendant knowingly took possession of certain items of merchandise offered for sale in the retail mercantile establishment, being Dollar General, located at 990 Springfield Rd, East Gillespie, being a shovel having a total value not in excess of $300, with the intention of depriving the merchant permanently of the possession of such merchandise, without paying the full retail value of such merchandise.
Timothy J Garison, (26), of Virden, On March 24, 2024 committed the offense of Criminal Damage to Property, in that said defendant knowingly damaged victims property, being said passenger side door panel of a 2011 GMC Acadia, without victims permission, the damage not being in excess of $500.
Timothy J Mayer, (34), of Staunton, on January 30, 2024 committed the offense of Unlawful Delivery of Alcoholic Liquor to a Minor, in that said defendant provided alcohol to a person under the age of 21.
John Paul J Arnett, (43) of Carlinville, on January 24, 2024 committed multiple offenses. Criminal Trespass to Land and Theft/Unauthorized control in that said defendant entered the land of another, Carlinville Lake 1 Campground, after having received prior notice that such entry was forbidden, in that said defendant drove past a barricade and the park was closed for the season. Said defendant knowingly attempted to exert unauthorized control over the property of two victims, being firewood, with the intent to deprive the victims of the benefit of said property.
Ryan R Webb, (36), of Gillespie, on January 28, 2024 committed the offense of Retail Theft/ Display Merchandise in that said defendant knowingly took possession of certain items of merchandise offered for sale in a retail mercantile establishment, being TJ’s located at 201 N. Hard Road, Mt. Claire, being tobacco cones and alcohol, having a total value not in excess of $300, with the intention of depriving the merchant, TJ’s permanently of the possession of such merchandise, without paying full retail value of such merchandise.
Michelle M Otto, (46), of Carlinville on January 10, 2024 committed the offense of Theft/Unauthorized Control in that said defendant knowingly attempted to exert unauthorized control over the property of Plaza Café in Carlinville, being food with the intent to permanently deprive the Plaza Café of the benefit of said property.
Janet K Balke, (78), of Staunton on December 21, 2023 committed the offense of Bad Checks/Obtain control of Property, in that said defendant, with the intent to defraud and the intent to obtain control over certain property of Madison Communications, a corporation authorized to do business in the State of Illinois, drawn on E-Check payable to Madison Communications in the amount of $15.00 and signed as drawer, knowing said check would not be paid by the depository.
Brandon A Buckner, (31) of Carlinville, on March 27, 2024 committed the offense of Battery, in that said defendant cause bodily harm to victim with his fists and caused laceration to victims face and neck.

Tristan H Turner, (19) , of Franklin, was ticketed for driving a 2016 Chevy Truck under the influence of alcohol on March 23, 2024 at 2:28 a.m. on Broadway street in Carlinville.
Gabrielle L Lasswell, (27), of Alton, was ticketed for driving a 2001 Ford Truck under the influence of alcohol being first or second offense on March 22, 2024 at 9:10 p.m. on Main Street in Brighton.
Linda Cody, (36), of St. Louis Mo., was ticketed for driving a 2021 Hyundai passenger car under the influence of alcohol being first or second offense on March 22, 2024 at 10:57 a.m. on I55 South Bound at MP 45
Sebastien S Kairouz, (53) of Decatur, was ticketed for driving a 2019 Audi Multipurpose Passenger Vehicle under the influence of alcohol being first or second offense on March 22, 2024 at 10:36 pm on I55 North Bound at MP 45.
