Leonard “Dave” Eilmann, 79, of Warrenton, Mo., passed away at St. Joseph Hospital West Lake in St. Louis, Mo. on March 24, 2024. He was born Oct. 12, 1944 in Fargo, N.D. the son of the late Leonard and Doris (nee Ahren) Eilmann. He married his wife, Connie (nee Mansholt) Eilmann of Wright City, Mo. and she survives.
Dave was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Warrenton. He was past president of Winfield Khoury League. Dave enjoyed golfing, collecting sports memorabilia and old cars. Dave was an avid St. Louis Cardinals baseball fan. He was always ready to tell a good joke but most of all, he loved spending time with family and friends.
Dave is survived by his son, Steven D. Eilmann, Moscow Mills, Mo.; daughter, Debbie (Rick) Kramer, Bethalto, Ill.; sister, Marianne (Alan) Eilmann Leavitt, Murphys, Calif.; granddaughter, Krista (Arron Niles) Kramer; grandson, Jack Eilmann; grandson, Travis Kramer; and nephew, Sam Leavitt.
He is preceded in death by his father, Leonard W. Eilmann; mother, Doris Eilmann; and first wife, Jacqueline (nee Weber) Eilmann. Dave will be fondly remembered by many family and friends.
Visitation services will be held on April 3, 2024 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Pitman Funeral Home located at 904 S. Highway 47, Warrenton, Mo., 63383. Funeral services will be Thursday, April 4, 2024 at 10 a.m. at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Warrenton, Mo., and interment will follow at Holy Rosary Catholic Cemetery.
