Arnold and Marian Isenberg celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary on Feb. 20.

A son was born to Thomas and Susan Gusewelle on Jan. 21 at Anderson Hospital in Maryville.

Betty J. Miller (76) of Staunton died Feb. 20 at Community Memorial Hospital in Staunton.

Donald E. Binney (74) of Staunton died Feb. 20 at Community Memorial Hospital in Staunton.

Burlin H. McKinnon (74) of Staunton died Feb. 20 at Community Memorial Hospital in Staunton.

James Albert Howell (66) of Staunton died Feb. 16 at his home.

John A. Barney (85), formerly of Worden, died Feb. 3 at the Fountains of Crystal Lake, Ill.

Bertha M. Williams (92) formerly of the Staunton area died Feb. 17 at Apostolic Christian Nursing Home in Eureka, Ill.

Lt. Col. Ollie H. Gatlin (Ret.) (77) of Folsom, La., died Jan. 18 in a vehicular accident.

The city is now offering on-line bill paying for water bills with a credit or debit card.

The school gymnasium will be off limits during the summer when furniture from all the junior high classrooms is stored there while asbestos abatement is done.

A son was born to Mark and Tara (Semanek) Sievers of Maryville on Feb. 4.
