Public Notice

Notice is hereby given that the tentative budget and appropriation ordinance for the Staunton Township Town Funds and budget for the Road District Funds in the County of Macoupin for the fiscal year 2024 will be on file and available to public inspection at the Township Office, 20459 Staunton Road starting February 21st. Notice is further given that a public hearing and said budgets will be held on March 19th, 2024, at 6 PM at the Township Office. After the hearing, final action on said appropriation and ordinance for the budgets will be taken up at the regular meeting following the public hearing.
