Jacalyn J. Bartok, 58, of Carlinville, died in Carlinville on Jan. 10, 2024. She was born July 29, 1965, in Chicago to Eugene L. Parker and Phyllis Boyd Parker. She married Robert G. Bartok in Carlinville and she was a CNA.

Jacalyn is preceded in death by her parents and son, Neil Parker.

She is survived by her spouse, Robert Bartok; brother, Doug Goff; sister, Glenda Vasak; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
