Wright

Carol Anne Wright, 86, of Benld, went to be with the Lord on Dec. 31, 2023. She was born June 15, 1937, in St. Louis, Mo. to John Bauman and Evelyn (Robertson) Bauman.

She was a retired clerk for home health and Carol enjoyed oil painting, embroidery and reading. Carol was preceded in death by her parents, John and Evelyn Bauman; and daughter, Donna Marie.

She is survived by her daughter, Kim (David) Bechel of Dover, Tenn .; son, Don C. (Laura) Wright of Edwardsville; grandchild, Elizabeth (Joshua) Kocher; great-grandchild, Wyatt Kocher; and brother, Richard A. (Connie) Bauman of Heber, Utah.

Cremation rites have been accorded to her and no public services are scheduled. Kravanya Funeral Home in Benld is in charge of the arrangements.
