Prante

William Herman “Will” Prante, 34, of Worden, died at Community Hospital of Staunton on Monday, Jan. 1, 2024. He was born in St. Louis, Mo. on Jan. 15, 1989 to Bill Prante and Linda (Travis) Prante. He married Jennifer Linkeman on June 8, 2013 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Hamel and she survives.

Will was a Salesman for Donnewald Distributing in Greenville. He was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Hamel. Will loved his farm life, his children and was a devoted father and husband.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents,William and Ramona Prante; and George and Anna Travis.

He is survived by two children, Kensley and William Prante of Worden; twin brother, Matt (Katie) Prante of Staunton; parents, Bill (Lynda) Prante of Worden and Linda Prante of Staunton; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Keith and Donna Linkeman of Hamel; step-sister, Katie McQuillis of Worden ,; and brother-in-law, Keith (Alyssa) Linkeman Jr.of Staunton.

Funeral Services were held at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Hamel on Jan. 9, 2024 and Reverend Benjamin Ball officiated. Williamson Funeral Home in Staunton is in charge of the arrangements.
