On Jan. 22, 2024 at 6:50 p.m., a public hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Staunton at the Ralph and Josephine Oltmann Community Center, 101 W. Pearl St., Staunton, Ill., for the purpose of considering and hearing testimony as to ordinances authorizing the execution of pre-annexation agreements in regards to pre-annexation to the City of Staunton, Ill., the following tracts of property:
