Reservations must be made by 1 p.m. on the day prior to the day you wish to eat. If you have made reservations and cannot attend, please notify the center. To register for or cancel meals, call (217) 835-3174.

Whole Wheat Bread served daily unless noted (*) and 2% milk served daily. Menu subject to change based on product availability. Make checks payable to IVEDC.

Wednesday, Jan. 3 - Teryaki chicken, Rice pilaf, Japanese vegetables, Tropical fruit.

Thursday, Jan. 4 - Hamburger on bun, Tater tots, Baked beans, Pears.

Friday, Jan. 5 - Chicken pot pie, Biscuit, Tomato salad, Peaches.

Monday, Jan. 8 - Sausage gravy, Biscuit, Oven roasted potatoes, Brussel sprouts, Peaches.

Tuesday, Jan. 9 - Chicken & noodles, Whole wheat roll, Tomatoes & zucchini, Apricots.

Wednesday, Jan. 10 - Spaghetti, Garlic bread, Spinach salad, Pears, 5 cup salad.

Thursday, Jan. 11 - Potato soup, Ham salad sandwich, Three bean salad, Fruit cocktail.

Friday, Jan. 12 - BBQ Johnny Rib, Au gratin potatoes, Lima beans, Rosy applesauce, Pudding.

Monday, Jan. 15 - CLOSED, MLK HOLIDAY.

Tuesday, Jan. 16 - Chicken tetrazini, Garlic bread, Wax beans, Oranges.

Wednesday, Jan. 17 - Bingo 10:30, Pepper steak, Oven roasted potatoes, Carrots, Pears.
