Timothy M. Louvier (38) of Carlinville, committed the Class four felony offense of violating a Plenary Order of Protection on Dec. 1, 2023 and having previously been convicted of domestic battery in Macoupin County. Said defendant did intentionally commit an act prohibited by the order of protection in that said defendant entered upon a protected location located within Carlinville.
Layne J. Withers (29) of Benld, committed the Class four felony offense of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on Nov. 12, 2023. Said defendant knowingly and unlawfully possessed a substance containing Fentanyl, a controlled substance, other than as authorized in the controlled substance act.
Shane A. Smith (48) of Girard, committed the Class three felony offense of intimidation/criminal offense on Sept. 7, 2023. Said defendant, with the intent to cause the victim to omit the performance an act, to-wit; the arrest of Shane Smith, communicated to the victim a threat that Shane Smith would commit a violation with images of said victim.
DUI
Austin M. Dickerman (22) of Collinsville, faces two counts from citations administered on Dec. 10, 2023: Counts one and two are for driving a black, 2006 Chevrolet truck on on Washington and Alton while under the influence of alcohol and for having a BAC of .08 or more.
