Andrew V. “Andy” Elliott, 62, of Jerseyville, Ill., died at Jersey Community Hospital in Jerseyville, Ill. on Tuesday, Dec. 5, 2023. Andy was born on April 19, 1961, in Alton the son of the late Morris and Doris (Richey) Elliott. He is survived by his girlfriend, Kathy McIver and Andy’s parents preceded him in death.

Andy was a heavy equipment operator and had traveled to several states throughout his career. He is survived by his sister, Diana (Randy) Martin of Springfield; brothers, David (Debra) Elliot of Medora, Mark Elliot of Jerseyville, and Robert Elliot (Brittanee Buchanan) of Medora; as well as several nieces and nephews.
