Staunton's holiday events: The gift that keeps giving

During Small Business Saturday, the Duda Park Lighting began on Nov. 25, at 5 p.m. There were Christmas carols and refreshments.

Dec. 1 is open to various events:

From 4-8 p.m., the City of Staunton will host its Holiday Walk. At 7:45 p.m., a Christmas tree lighting and the reveal of Staunton's '2023 Citizen of the Year' presentation will be provided along with music from the Whiskey River Band.

On the same day, Inkforge will have 20 percent-off select, In-Stock Apparel, and kids can come in and decorate a cookie for free while supplies last.
