Lions Club Secret Santa

The Staunton Lions Club will be hosting its Secret Santa Program with food certificates for families and senior citizens in need. The location is the Staunton Library Basement. This is not handicap accessible, so please keep this in mind when coming.

The form is below. Please complete the form with your full name of the family and street address. No P.O. boxes. If there are children in the household, the age and gender of each child must be provided. Names of children are not required. A contact telephone number must also be provided in the event that someone may reach you.

You must bring: 1. Proof of Staunton residency (power bill, water bill, etc), 2. Photo ID. Do not send these items with your application.

Applications must be received no later than 5 p.m., Dec. 12, 2023. No application will be taken over the phone and no late date applications will be accepted. There can be no exceptions.

Applications are available at Bill’s IGA, Staunton Public Library, His Service Station. For privacy reasons, do not fill out the form and give it to anyone at these locations. The application needs to be mailed directly to the address provided below.

Individuals receiving food certificates only will be mailed to the address provided on the form at the end of the day. If you wish to pick up your food certificate the day of the program, feel free to do so.
