Joseph W. Kincaid (34) of Bunker Hill, faces two counts: Count one is a felony charge for the offense of driving on a revoked or suspended license for driving under the influence and having previously been convicted on three prior occasions for driving while license is suspended or revoked on March 2, 2010; Sept. 21, 2011; and March 16, 2016, all within Macoupin County. On Nov. 6, 2023, Kincaid drove a 2011 GMC Acadia bearing Ill. Registration on South Franklin Rd. in Bunker Hill, during a period in which his driver’s license was suspended or revoked. Count two is a charge for criminal trespass to a vehicle by physical control, in that on Nov. 6, 2023, Kincaid knowingly and without authority operated a 2011 GMC Acadia belonging to another individual.

Jeremy P. Cagle (45) of Virden, faces a felony charge for the known possession of more than five but less than 15 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine on Nov. 6, 2023.

Christy Herrmann (64) of Medora, faces four counts of felony charges for burglary. Counts one and three occurred on Oct. 12, 2023 and counts two and four occurred on Oct. 17, 2023. The charges are for burglary, in that Herrmann knowingly and without authority entered Ace Hardware located in Carlinville, and knowingly took possession of Yeti tumblers and other general merchandise having a total value not in excess of $300. Herrmann has been previously convicted of retail theft in Macoupin County.

Chance M. J. Schwab (20) of Mt. Olive, faces two counts for charges that occurred on Oct. 2, 2023; count one is for criminal trespass to a residence located in rural Wilsonville. Count two is for criminal damage to property not being in excess of $500. Schwab knowingly damaged a window screen and automotive paint job from throwing household items in the victim’s yard.

Arthur L. Harris (52) of Girard, committed the offense of criminal trespass to a residence; Harris, knowingly and without authority, entered into a residence located in rural Standard City on Sept. 29, 2023.

Michael J. Maier (34) of Gillespie, committed the offense of theft for less than $500, in that on Oct. 3, 2023, Maier knowingly obtained unauthorized control over a bottle of Jose Cuervo Tequila from Cee-Jo’s Saloon, with the intent to deprive said establishment of said product.

William J. Friesland (49) of Mt. Olive, faces a charge for the offense of battery, in that on Oct. 22, 2023, Friesland knowingly and without legal justification made physical contact of an insulting or provoking nature by spitting on the victim’s face.

Jacklyn M. Wichman (28) of Virden, committed the offense of criminal trespass to land, in that on Oct. 4, 2023, Wichman entered upon the land of another located in Virden. Wichman did so after having received prior notice from law enforcement that such entry was forbidden.

Brandon L. Golbricht (30) of Carlinville, committed the offense of battery, in that on Oct. 21, 2023, Golbricht knowingly caused bodily harm to another individual by striking them in the face with his fist.

Donald E. Ruyle (50) of Benld, faces a charge for resisting the performance of a peace officer engaged in the execution of his official duties on Oct. 6, 2023. Ruyle knowingly pushed back against the officer to prevent his arrest.
