Mouse Races to benefit local soccer programs

On Nov. 18, 2023, Staunton Concordia Hall, located at 709 S. Union Street of Staunton, will be hosting a slew of mouse-themed events dedicated to raising moneyfor the Staunton soccer programs.

For this adults only event, the Staunton Soccer Club, SHS Girls Soccer and SHS Boys Soccer groups are having the doors at Concordia Hall open at 6 p.m and the event will start at 7 p.m. which will give those who come early, plenty of time to get aquainted and comfortable with the tiny, furry stars of the evening.

There will be mouse races, mouse roulette anda silent auction. It is an adult only event. The tickets are $25 and can be purchased at Bill's IGA or you can contact any one of the three individuals listed below if interested:

Connie Pritchett, (618)-401-5514; Becky Fritz, (618)-670-0599; Maria Bodner, (618)-830-8373; online ticket purchases are also available.

Be sure to make an appearance and support the local soccer programs. Let loose and potentially even face some fears. Don't let the fear of mice deter you from being interested in going; the only fear and worries someone should have with the Mouse Race event, is the fear of missing out on such a great time.
