Court

Ricky D. Bone (36) of Sorento, faces a felony charge for aggravated assault and operating a motor vehicle on June 11, 2023, in that he intentionally drove a car at another individual that was riding a motorcycle.

Kristopher P. Paschedag (37) of Mt. Olive, faces a felony charge for knowingly and unlawfully possessing a controlled substance containing fentanyl on July 11, 2023. On Aug. 30, 2023, Paschedag knowingly committed the felony offense of unlawful possession of a controlled substance containing methampehtamine.

Patrick R. Powers (43) of Girard, faces a felony charge for knowingly stalking and causing a person distresss on Sept. 24, 2023. Powers knowingly and without invitation, followed an individual to Farmersville and after being told by said individual to leave them alone, Powers followed said individual from Farmersville to the victims residence. On Sept. 22, 2023 through Sept. 25, 2023, Powers knowingly committed the offense of violating an order of protection in Macoupin County by repeadtedly calling and sending text messages to the same protected indiviudal. On Sept. 27, 2023, Powers knowingly committed the felony offense of stalking and causing a person distress, in that Powers knew or should have known that his course of conduct would cause a reasonable person to suffer emotional distress. There were 24 text messages sent and attempted 14 phone calls over a 6 hour period. Also, on Sept. 27, 2023, Powers knowingly committed the offense of violating an order of protection in Macoupin County, after having been served with the notice of said order of protection.

Adam L. Bray (42) of Carlinville, faces a felony charge for driving a pickup truck on a revoked or suspended license on Farmersville Road, near Mine Road in Macoupin County on Aug. 11, 2023. Bray had been previously convicted on four prior occasssions for driving while his license is suspended or revoked.

Joshua D. Logsdon (36) of Litchfield, faces a felony charge for aiding, abbetting, possessing, and/or selling a stolen vehicle on Aug. 25, 2023. Logsdon, a person not entitled to the possession of a red 2018 Honda Pioneer 1000 SXS UTV, possessed said vehicle knowing it to have been stolen. On Aug. 25, 2023, Logsdon committed the felony offense of theft having a value of more tha $500 but less than $10,000. Logsdon knowingly exerted unauthorized control of a single axle trailer and winch.

Cleo N. Campbell (22) of Carlinvile, faces a felony charge for aiding, abbetting, possessing, and/or selling a stolen vehicle on Aug. 25, 2023. Campbell, a person not entitled to possession of a red Homda Pioneer 1000 SXS UTV, possessed said vehicle knowing it to have been stolen. On Aug. 25, 2023, Campbell committed the felony offense of theft having a value of more than $500 but less than $10,000, in that Campbell knowingly exerted unauthorized control over a single axle trailor and winch.

Isaiah M. Johnson (19) of Girard, faces a felony charge for aggravated battery and/or great bodily harm, in that on Sept. 23, 2023, Johnson knowingly pushed a victim to the ground and struck said victim in the face multiple times causing fractures to the their face.

Patricia M. Hamilton (35) of Bunker Hill, faces a charge for criminal damage to property, in that on Sept. 10, 2023, Hamilton knowingly punctured automotive tires with a knife and the damage not being in excess of $500.

Ryan C. Perkinson (18) of Alton, faces a charge for aggravated assault with the use of a deadly weapon. On Sept. 25, 2023. Perkinson pointed a black airsoft pistol equipped with a laser, manufactured to look similar in appearance to a firearm, at another individual.

Addison M. Lamparter (21)of Benld, faces a charge of attempted theft not being in excess of $500 on Sept. 5 2023. Lamparter knowingly attempted to exert unauthorized control over the deposited money of another individual.

Timothy M. Louvier (38) of Carlinville, faces charges for violating an order of protection in Macoupin County on Sept. 3, 2023. Louvier knowingly entered upon the protected area located in Carlinville after having been served with a notice of said order of protection. On Sept. 3, 2023, Louvier committed the offense of criminal damage to property, being an exterior residential door, by kicking said door and breaking the door frame to force it open. The damage not being in excess of $500.

Bryce A. Emery (21) of Girard, faces a charge for aggravated assault on public property and without lawful authority on Sept. 28, 2023. Emery approached the vehicle of an individual with a baseball bat on public property being land belonging to the North Mac School District.

DUI

Steven V. Adams (31) of Chesterfield, was ticketed for two counts of driving under the influence on IL-267 South of S. Main St. of Shipman, at 2:31 a.m., on Sept. 20, 2023.
