Court

Austin J. Fanning (29) of Girard, faces felony charges of knowingly being in possession of a stolen vehicle and for possessing less than five grams of methamphetamine.

William S. Glover (62) of Staunton, faces a felony charge of domestic battery for striking a household member multiple times while having been previously convicted of domestic battery in St. Clair County, Macoupin County, and Washington County.

Daniel R. Sawyer (46) of Gillespie, faces a felony charge for the failure to report and register as a sex offender before the required date.

Shannon L. Gaynor (33) of Piasa, committed the felony charge of possessing less than five grams of a substance containing methamphetamines.

Dora E. Hammann (35) of Carlinville, committed multiple felony charges for the forgery of false prescription documents and for obtaining the substance methylpenidate by fraud.

Jamie L. Whitford (48) of Alton, faces a felony charge for possessing less than five grams of a substance containing methamphetamine. Whitford also committed the offense of domestic abuse by causing bodily harm to his spouse.

Elizabeth Robinson (45) of Shipman, committed multiple felony charges of theft and wire fraud while being a public officer or employee in her official capacity and she issued and paid personal bills with the Village of Shipman's funds. In doing so, Robinson committed multiple felony charges of forgery of said Village funds.

Cory F. Stoops (33) of Bunker Hill, faces multiple felony charges of unlawful possession of an illegal switchblade knife by a felon. Stoops committed two offenses of aggravated assault with the use of a deadly weapon and threatened to kill two different individuals.

Jamie E. Cox (38) of Carlinville, faces a felony charge for possessing less than five grams of a substance containing methamphetamines.

Kyle W. Bennet (36) of Carlinville, faces a felony charge for possessing less than five grams of a substance containing methamphetamines.

Dana A. Morgan (62) of Carlinville, committed the felony offense of possessing less than five grams of a substance containing methamphetamines.

Nathan E. Morgan (32) of Carlinville, committed the offense of battery, causing bodily harm to another.

Jimmy D. Byrd (62) of Mount Clare, Ill., committed battery in the form of physical contact in an insulting or provoking nature to another individual.

Frank J. Innis (29) of Virden, committed aggravated assault in chasing and threatening another's life while he was on/in a public place, specifically the Circle K at North Springfield Road of Virden.

DUI

Dylan R. Bennett (24) of Atwater, Ill. was ticketed for driving under the influence at 10:06 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 2 on IL-108, just East of Leefers Road.

Connor I. Bright (23) of Springfield, Ill., was cited for driving under the influence at 12:11 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 3 going Northbound on I-55 of Cahokia.

Kevin L. Shwab (58) of Carlinville, was ticketed for driving under the influence at 2:14 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 3, at East 1st North and High Street in Carlinville.

Christopher E. Broyles (53) of Wilsonville, was cited or driving under the influence at 10:16 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 5 on Central at 5th Street of Cahokia.
