Boy's and Girl's golf

On Tuesday evening, Aug. 5, the Bulldogs hosted a match at Timberlakes. The boys golf teams played the back nine while the girls teams played the front nine.

The boys team added three more wins to their record by beating Carlinville, Southwestern and Pana.

Broc Best was team medalist for the Bulldogs with a 40. Bryce Coalson was right behind scoring a 41 and Preston Denney scoring a 44. Both Drake Billings and Owen Rizzi scored a 45 adding to the Bulldogs scorecard. Luke Goldasich (53) also played but did not score.

Breanna Feeley scored a 43 which was match medalist for the evening and Madyson Dugger scored a 67.

Wednesay evening, Aug. 6, the boys golf team traveled to Vandalia for a match against Vandalia, Litchfield and CORL. the team was successful with adding three more wins.

B. Best was the team medalist with a 39, Rizzi (40), Denney (41) and Coalson (41) finished off the scorecard. Goldasich (47), and Billings (49) and Brady Gillen (50) also played for the Bulldogs but did not score. The Bulldog's record is now 18 wins and 2 losses.

The Boys Golf Team placed 3rd in the Nashville Invitational of 15 teams.

Rizzi was the team medalist for this evening with a score of 39. Rizzi also medaled this evening and placed 6th overall. Denney and Coalson both scored a 40 tonight. Denney medaled in 9th place and Coalson medaled in 10th place. B. Best finished off the scorecard with a score of 43. Goldasich (51) and Overby (53) also played tonight but did not score for the Bulldogs.
