The Bulldogs traveled to Vandalia for a conference game on Friday, Sept. 1. Both teams had lost their opening game so both were looking for their first win
The Vandals scored in the first quarter and held the 7 - 0 lead at halftime. The Bulldogs were not going to be stopped this time. They came back to score their own TD in the third period when Dalton Bianco completed a pass to Braden Buffington good for 32 yards and a Bulldog TD.
