Marshall

Shana Kay Marshall, 62, of Staunton, Ill., died on Sunday, Aug. 20, 2023. She was born on Dec. 4, 1960, in Gallup, N.M., the daughter of Carl and Virginia (Creasy) Rodgers. Shana married Mark Marshall on July 5, 2004. He survives.

Shana is a veteran of the United States Army. She worked at various places as an LPN in health care for 20 years. Shana was a member of the First Baptist Church of Gillespie. She enjoyed painting, making greeting cards, shopping, and dressing up. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Along with her husband, Mark, she is survived by her three children, Joseph, Daniel and Sarah; and her grandchildren, T.J., Mason, Connor, Trenton, Tyler, and Mason Carl. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Per her wishes, cremation rites were accorded, and no services will be held at this time.
