On August 8, having been served an order of protection, the defendant did intentionally commit an act prohibited by the order. The protected property located at 122 West Main Street, Mt. Olive, was entered after having previously been convicted for a violation of a order of protection in Macoupin County.
Robert D. Sanson (32) of Staunton is charged with criminal trespass to a vehicle. On August 5, said defendant knowingly and without authority operated a 2003 Chevrolet Silverado belonging to Richard Konneker.
DUI
Travis H. Wallace (23) of Brighton, on August 6, at 6:51 a.m., committed the 1st or 2nd offense of a DUI with alcohol, when he unlawfully operated a Chevrolet truck on the public highway of IL 267.
Paul Reed (45) of Gillespie received a DUI in Brighton at 8:45 a.m. and a second DUI on August 5, at 6:16 a.m. when he unlawfully operated a Ford passenger car, on the public highway Clark at Stewart, in Macoupin County.
Melissa A Myers (38) of Carlinville, was ticketed with 2 DUIs on August 9, when she unlawfully operated a 2000 white Ford truck on Route 4, at Standard City Road in Macoupin County.
