Kathryn J. Ayers (51) of Eagarville faces Class 4 felony charges in that on July 3, she did commit the offense of theft in that she obtained unauthorized control over the cellphone of Adrianne Hartman, intending to permanently deprive Hartman of the use of said property and defendant having been previously convicted of retail theft in Montgomery County.

Kenneth E. Hannah (44) of Girard faces 1 count of a Class X felony and a second count of a Class 1 felony. On June 15, he delivered more than 15 grams but less than 100 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine to an individual. On June 27, Hannah possessed more than 5 grams but less than 15 grams of methamphetamine with the intent to deliver it.

Frederic J. Skinner (19) of Carlinville faces a class 4 felony charge for theft in that defendant obtained unauthorized control over the property of Kristen Martin, being a Mongoose brand bicycle. Defendant had been previously convicted of retail theft in Macoupin County.

Melissa J. Hughes (48) of Sawyerville faces two counts of a Class 4 felony. In Count 1, on May 2, Hughes committed theft when she took possession of merchandise offered for sale in Boente Shell in Carlinville, being pizza and tea, having a total value of less than $300, without paying full retail value of such merchandise and said defendant having been previously convicted of retail theft in Macoupin County. Also on May 2 in Count II, Hughes committed theft by deception at Boente Shell in Carlinville when she knowingly obtained pizza and tea by tendering a counterfeit $20 bill and said defendant having previously been convicted of retail theft in Macoupin County.

Michael D. Fenstermaker (46) of Chesterfield faces five counts: 1-3 of a Class 3 felony; count 4 of a Class 4 felony and count 5 of a Class A felony. On July 26, Fenstermaker committed battery/use of a deadly weapon, when he struck Brian Kraushaar on the head with a handgun, and struck Kraushaar on the head with a 2x4 piece of wood. Fenstermaker also committed aggravated unlawful restraint in that he, while armed with a deadly weapon, being a handgun, detained Brian Kraushaar without legal authority. Also on July 26, in Count 4, Fenstermaker committed unlawful restraint in that he detained Nathan Young without legal authority and in Count 5 committed battery in that he, without legal justification,made physical contact of an insulting or provoking nature in that he grabbed Nathan Young by the throat.

Kenneth Wolf (58) of Mt. Olive committed domestic battery in that on July 27, he caused bodily harm to Christine Wolf, his wife, in that he struck her in the face with a closed fist. Said defendant has previously been convicted of domestic battery in Macoupin County.

Ryan Montoro (37) of Wilsonville was charged with 2 counts of violating a stalking/no-contact order when he made verbal contact with Cody Burch, a protected party, and also on June 30, when he came within 500 feet of Cody Burch, a protected party.

Jacklyn M. Wichman (28) of Virden committed the offense of criminal trespass in a building on July 28, when she entered into an unoccupied residence in Virden

Austin D. Courier was charged with criminal trespass in a building on July 28, when he entered an unoccupied residence in Virden.

DUI

Erik Bohlen (45) of Staunton was cited for driving under the influence of alcohol, 1st or 2nd offense, on July 22, at 12:49 a.m. when he unlawfully operated a Jeep passenger car on VFW Road west of Della Lane in Olive Township.

Diana C. Hardison of Bunker Hill was charged with 2 counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, 1st or 2nd offense on July 22, at 10:55 p.m. when she unlawfully operated a Chevrolet truck with BAC .08 or more, on Shipman Cutoff Road north of Brighton Bunker Hill Road in Brighton Township.

Christopher Rinehart (35) of Humbird,Wis., was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol - BAC .08 or more - 1st offense; and a DUI - Alcohol, 1st or 2nd offense on July 23 at 2:27 a.m. when he drove his Dodge truck on IL 4 just north of Country Club Lane in Mt. Olive Township.
