Roy L. Glasco (28) of Carlinville has been charged with 1 Count of attempted burglary without causing damage. Defendant, without authority, attempted to enter a 2009 Silver Suburu belonging to Adam Link with the intent to commit a theft. Count II charges Glasco committed the offense of criminal damage to property by damaging property of Megan Kraushaar, being residential siding and a grill, when defendant struck said items with a rock, and damage not being in excess of $500.
Rebecca N. Orr (42) of Rockbridge has been charged with deceptive practices in that said defendant, with intent to defraud and obtain control over certain property of Buck’s Crossing, knowingly delivered certain bank checks to Buck’s Crossing in the amount of $29.77 and signed as drawer, knowing said check would not be paid by the depository.
Jason L. Johnson, Fidelity, faces two counts of deceptive practices. On Aug. 2, 2022, defendant, with intent to defraud and obtain control over certain property of Buck’s Crossing, knowingly delivered certain bank checks drawn on Farmers State Bank payable to Buck’s Crossing in the amount of $33.96 and $69.50 and signed as drawer, knowing said checks would not be paid by the depository.
