• Chelsea N. Broaddus, 28, of Carlinville, faces a felony charge of theft after allegedly taking lunchable and hair products from Dollar Tree in Carlinville on Wednesday, Jan. 4.

• Donavon M. Holmes, 22, of Wilsonville, faces a felony charge of possession of meth on Tuesday, Jan. 3.

• Kenneth E. Holloway, 53, of Alton, faces two felony charges of meth delivery on April 25, 2022 and April 26, 2022.

• Michael D. Mrazek, 44, of Livingston, was charged with a violation of an order of protection after allegedly yelling and striking a stop sign with a shovel within 500 ft. of a protected location on Old Route 66 in Mt. Olive on Tuesday, Feb. 7.

• Nathan T. Light, 37, of Chesterfield, was charged with criminal damage to property after allegedly pulling an interior panel and cutting electrical wiring of a GMC Yukon owned by another individual on Tuesday, Jan. 31.

• Andrea M. Costley, 35, of Litchfield, was charged with deceptive practices on Dec. 15, 2022.

• Jason R. Carrigan, 50, of Gillespie, was charged with deceptive practices on Nov. 5, 2022.

• Raziel J. Joseph, 21, of Springfield, was charged with possession of cannabis on Nov. 3, 2022.

• Raymond E. Jones, 55, of Carlinville, was charged with criminal trespass to land on North Broad Street in Carlinville on Tuesday, Jan. 3.

• Aaron J. Bennett, 23, of Gillespie, was charged with criminal trespass to a building and criminal trespass after allegedly remaining on the land on East Elm Street in Gillespie after receiving verbal notice to leave on Sunday, Jan. 29.

• Bruce A. Huffstutler, 59, of Virden, was charged with resisting a peace officer after allegedly attempting to enter into the Virden Super Wash office after being told her was under arrest and refusing to allow the peace officer to place handcuffs on his wrist on Sunday, Jan. 1.

• Tammy M. Tervasi, 56, of Wilsonville, was ticketed for driving under the influence at 11:18 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 5, at Elm and Macoupin in Gillespie.

• Gary E. Zumwalt, 38, of Staunton, was cited for driving under the influence at 2:07 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 5, on Route 4, just north of Staunton Bunker Hill Road in Staunton.

• Andrew M. Merideth, 23, of Brighton, was ticketed for driving under the influence on Sunday, Feb. 5, at Virginia Street and Mobile in Brighton.
