• Jessica Bishop, 49, of Mt. Olive, faces a felony charge of deceptive practices after allegedly delivering bank checks, drawn on E-Check payable to Madison Communications, signed as drawer, on Nov. 3, 2022.
• Rhonda S. Rawlings, 50, of Worden, was charged with two misdemeanors of retail theft after allegedly taking pet supplies and cleaning products from Dollar General in Bunker Hill on Nov. 22 and Dec. 26.
• Tammy M. Tervasi, 55, of Wilsonville, was cited for driving under the influence at 6:18 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 1, on Ruschhaupt Road, just east of Elizabeth Road in Staunton.
• Jack B. Harpole, 59, of Alton, was ticketed for driving under the influence at 10:48 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 3, on Brown Road.
• Chester W. Adams, 62, of Nilwood, faces 13 felony charges of child pornography on Friday, Jan. 6.
