• Dalton R. Westerhold, 24, of Bunker Hill, faces a felony charge of domestic battery after allegedly punching his father in the face with a closed fist on Friday, Dec. 9.

• Jesse L. Dennison, 20, of Carlinville, faces felony charges of aggravated battery to a pregnant individual after allegedly punching said individual in the stomach with a closed first, knowing her to be pregnant, and domestic battery after allegedly striking a household member with a closed fist on Friday, Dec. 9.

• Bryan E. Vanmeter, 35, of Mt. Olive, faces a felony charge of possession of meth on Sept. 13.

• Devin A. Krueger, 26, of Staunton, faces a felony charge of possession of a stolen vehicle on Aug. 13. He also faces felony charges of residential burglary and theft after allegedly entering a residence on Fite Road in rural Macoupin County and taking a computer, monitor, gaming systems and jewelry on Sept. 12. Additionally, he faces a felony charge of theft after allegedly taking a 1989 Ford grain truck on Sept. 17.

• Alex C. Agney, 34, of Carlinville, faces a felony charge of violation of the sex offender registry on Sunday, Nov. 20.

• Kaylee D. Carter, 29, of Quincy, faces a felony charge of forgery after allegedly cashing a check and signing as an authorized drawer of a business on Saturday, Dec. 3.

• Donald L. Lloyd, 43, of Staunton, was charged with violation of an order of protection on Monday, Dec. 12.

• Eugene Arnold, Jr., 59, of Royal Lakes, was charged with criminal trespass to a building located in the Carlinville Plaza on Saturday, Nov. 19.

• Blake W. Helfrich-Gress, 25, of Litchfield, was charged with disorderly conduct after allegedly using a piece of rope to pantomime hanging himself at a business in Mt. Olive on Thursday, Nov. 24.

• John E. Embry, 60, of Staunton, was charged with assault after allegedly threatening to strike an individual with a cane while located at Water Tower Park in Staunton on Monday, Dec. 5.

• Whitney M. Estler, 26, of Palmyra, was charged with theft after allegedly taking money from a tip jar at a bar in Palmyra on June 28.

• Jeffrey A. Reynolds, 62, of Shipman, was cited for driving under the influence, driving on a revoked license and leaving the scene of an accident at 12:29 p.m. Monday, Dec. 12, at Bounds Road.
