• Richard L. Wilson, Jr., 25, of Litchfield, faces a felony charge of attempting to disarm a peace officer on Thursday, Nov. 24.

• Troy A. Jones, 34, of Girard, faces felony charges of residential burglary after allegedly entering a residence on North 3rd Street in Girard and criminal damage to state supported property after allegedly damaging an interior car door handle belonging to Macoupin County on Sunday, Nov. 27.

• Destiny P. Henderson, 19, of Roseburg, Ore., faces two felony charges of criminal damage to property after allegedly damaging a wire on plexiglass in the interior of a squad car owned by the city of Carlinville and the paint job on the trunk of a car belonging to another individual on Sunday, Nov. 27. She was also cited for unlawful possession of alcohol by a minor at 6:59 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 27.

• Zachary T. Armstrong, 27, of Farmersville, faces felony charges of aggravated battery of a peace officer and resisting a peace officer after allegedly shoving and struggling with said officer on Thursday, Dec. 1.

• Michael J. Hedden, 35, of Gillespie, faces felony charges of unlawful possession of weapons by a felon and possession of meth on Thursday, Dec. 1.

• Michelle R. Hospodka, 45, of Carlinville, was charged with two misdemeanors of criminal trespass to land after allegedly entering an apartment located on East 1st North Street in Carlinville on Tuesday, Nov. 22, and Wednesday, Nov. 30.

• Breanna L. Livingston, 26, of Carlinville, was charged with two misdemeanors of disorderly conduct after allegedly repeatedly banging on the windows of the dementia unit of Heritage Health, yelling profanities at an individual there, and setting off door alarms at the facility on Thursday, Dec. 1.

• Rosa K. Brooks, 53, of Girard, was cited for driving under the influence at 2:22 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 27, on South Main Street in South Palmyra Township.

• Robert C. Pehrson, 43, of Bunker Hill, was ticketed for driving under the influence at 12:28 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 24, at the 200 block of Clinton Street.
