• Shane M. Boston, 41, of Eagarville, faces a felony charge of obstruction of justice after allegedly throwing a syringe suspected to be drug paraphernalia into a creek while being questioned about said contraband on Wednesday, Nov. 9.

• Elizabeth N. Lovsey, 27, of Gillespie, faces a felony charge of unlawful possession of a controlled substance being fentanyl on Sept. 15.
• Kyle E. Wallace, 36, of Medora, faces two felony charges of unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon and a felony charge of possession of cannabis, between 500 to 2,000 grams, on Tuesday, Nov. 15.
• Justin R. Howerton, 26, of Carlinville, faces a felony charge of failure to report an address change as a sex offender on Wednesday, Nov. 16.
• Zhongzu Feng, 40, of Chicago, faces felony charges of unlawful cannabis trafficking, manufacturing or delivering cannabis and possession of cannabis on Wednesday, Nov. 16.
• Erinn R. Walton, 43, of Hillsboro, faces felony charges of forgery and obstruction of justice on Thursday, Nov. 17.
• Demian E. Ellis, 44, of Benld, faces a felony charge of failure to report an address change as a sex offender on Thursday, Nov. 17.

• Roger M. Brown, 63, of Plainview, was cited for a violation of domestic animals running at large at 6:45 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 15, on Shipman Road, just north of 6th Street in Hillyard Township.
• Cartan A. Allen, 45, of Miami Gardens, FL, was ticketed for tetrahydrocannabinol concentration within two hours of driving and unlawful possession of cannabis by the driver at 9:32 p.m. Monday, Nov. 7, on West Main Street, east of S. Park Street in Mt. Olive.
• Tiffany L. Arnold, 30, of Jerome, was ticketed for driving under the influence on Friday, Oct. 14, on Emmerson Airline Road, just west of Girard.
• Crystal D. Hoffman, 43, of Collinsville, was cited for driving under the influence at 1:54 a.m. Friday, Nov. 11, on Laurel Street in Staunton.
• John K. Cousino, 37, of Taylorville, was ticketed for driving under the influence at 6:20 p.m. Monday, Nov. 14, at Old Route 66 and Route 66.
• Jason M. Foulk, 45, of Staunton, was cited for driving under the influence at 3:23 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 13, at the intersection of South Hackman and West 6th Street in Staunton.
