Last chance to enter Chili Cook-off

You have just a few days left to enter the Staunton Chamber of Commerce Chili-Cook-off that will be held on Saturday, Oct. 22. The event will be held at Duda Park on North Union Street. All contestants must pre-register by Oct. 17. Registration forms are available at Mayfield's and Mercantile on Main or call Sarah at 217-248-6526.

Registration the day of the event will not be permitted. So get your entry in now.

There is a $25 entry fee for each chili entered - so if you wish to enter more than one recipe in the competition, the entry fee will be multiplied accordingly. Entry fees may be paid in cash or check made out to Staunton Chamber of Commerce.

Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and People's Choice.
