Macoupin County volleyball tournament schedule

The Macoupin County Volleyball Tournament will be held in Staunton this Saturday, Oct. 8.

Matches will be played in both the main gym and the multipurpose building beginning at 8 a.m.

This will be a pool play tournament with Staunton, Carlinville and Gillespie in Pool A; North Mac, Southwestern, Mt. Olive and Bunker Hill in Pool B.

The tourney schedule is -

Main Gym

8 a.m. .. North Mac vs Mt. Olive

9 a.m. Staunton vs Gillespie

10 a.m. ..Carlinville vs Gillespie

11 a.m. .. Staunton vs Carlinville

Multi-Purpose Bldg.

8 a.m. SW vs Bunker Hill

9 a.m. SW vs Mt. Olive

10 a.m. N. Mac vs Bunker Hill

11 a.m. ..Bunker Hill vs Mt. Olive

12 noon North Mac vs SW

Staunton is the #1 seed. Other teams listed in order of seed are North Mac, Southwestern, Carlinville, Gillespie, Bunker Hill and Mt. Olive.
