• Steven D. Phillips, 55, of Hazel Crest, faces felony charges of unlawful possession of weapons and aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on Sunday, Sept. 18. He was also cited for driving under the influence at 7:19 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 18, on I-55 near milepost 43 in Mt. Olive Township.

• Jared E. Gibbs, 35, of Palmyra, faces a felony charge of aggravated battery in a public place after allegedly striking an individual in the face with a gasoline pump nozzle on West Main Street in Carlinville on Sunday, Sept. 18.

• Brett A. Foster, 37, of Worden, faces a felony charge of violation of an order of protection after allegedly visiting a protected address in Mt. Olive on Tuesday, Aug. 30.

• Caleb E. Turner, 18, of Staunton, faces a felony charge of criminal damage to government property after allegedly leaving ruts in a field owned by the city of Staunton on or about Monday, Aug. 29.

• Michelle L. Lornitis, 44, of Springfield, faces felony charges of driving on a revoked or suspended license and obstructing identification after allegedly furnishing a false name to a peace officer on Friday, Aug. 26.

• William C. Fisher, 20, of Benld, was cited for attempting consumption of alcohol by a minor at 1:42 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 15, on Lakeview Drive in Mt. Olive.

• Amanda G. Sherwin, 33, of Galesburg, was charged with attempted criminal damage to government property after allegedly throwing a brick at a squad car on Monday, Sept. 19.

• Carla L. Greenwood, 45, of Brighton, was charged with battery after allegedly striking an individual in the face with an open hand on Thursday, Sept. 1.

• Joshua N. Danis, 37, of Benld, was charged with carrying or possession of a knife with intent, criminal damage to property and two misdemeanor charges of aggravated assault using a deadly weapon after allegedly pulling and waving a knife at an individual and striking a truck with said knife on Tuesday, Sept. 20.
