Lloyd, 42, of Staunton, faces felony charges of residential burglary and criminal trespass to a residence while a person was present on West Miller Street in Staunton on Saturday, Aug. 27. He was also charged with theft of lost or mislaid property after allegedly taking another individual’s cell phone on Saturday, Aug. 27.

• William D. Lehotz, 60, of Gillespie, faces a felony charge of unlawful failure to register as a sex offender on or about Monday, Aug. 29.

• Devin A. Krueger, 26, of Staunton, faces a felony charge of possession of a stolen vehicle, being a 2005 Toyota Tacoma, on or about Saturday, Aug. 20.

• Timothy D. Garrett, 33, of Staunton, faces a felony charge of unlawful possession of meth on May 24.

• James R. Massey, 34, of Peoria, faces a felony charge of unlawful possession of cannabis on Feb. 10, 2021.

• Keithen A. Stilwell, 37, of Chesterfield, faces a felony charge of failure to report annually as a sex offender on Thursday, Aug. 18.

• Deanna L. Fricker, 46, of Medora, faces two felony charges of meth delivery on Aug. 4, 2021 and Aug. 6, 2021.

• Justin D. Houseman, 44, of Carlinville, faces two felony charges of meth delivery on July 28, 2021.

• Jessica T. Bishop, 43, of Chatham, faces a felony charge of delivering a controlled substance containing fentanyl on Jan. 21.

• Brittany S. Davis, 25, of E. St. Louis, faces a felony charge of unlawful possession of a controlled substance containing fentanyl on Sunday, July 17.

• Jacob E. Fritz, 36, of Gillespie, faces two felony charges of unlawful possession of a controlled substance being fentanyl and heroin on May 28.

• Brittany N. Stinnett, 31, of Dorsey, faces a felony charge of meth delivery on March 2, 2021.

• Jessica L. Gibbs, 39, of Gillespie, faces a felony charge of unlawful possession of meth on March 21.

• Kasey N. Hammond, 37, of Ramer, Tenn., faces a felony charge of possession of meth on May 25.

• Dillion Grether, 23, of South Roxana, faces a felony charge of burglary after allegedly entering a building belonging to another individual on Rust Road in Bunker Hill on Tuesday, Aug. 23.

• Tia R.E. Barrett, 30, of Girard, faces a felony charge of unlawful possession of meth on Thursday, July 7.

• Austin C. Seago, 29, of Girard, faces a felony charge of unlawful possession of meth on Thursday, July 7.

• Michael J. Hutchins, 38, of Girard, was charged with possession of a firearm without a valid FOID card on Thursday, Aug. 25. He was also charged with violation of an order of protection after allegedly entering a protected property on Tuesday, Aug. 30, in Girard.

• Jamie S. Rhodes, 39, of Gillespie, was charged with resisting a peace officer after allegedly running at an individual when ordered to stop on Monday, Aug. 29.

• Nathan E. Morgan, 31, of Carlinville, was charged with obstructing a peace officer after allegedly riding his bicycle away from a peace officer after having been given lawful commands to stop on Thursday, Aug. 18.

• Tara C. Lente, 28, of Carlinville, was charged with obstructing a peace officer after allegedly riding her bicycle away from a peace officer after having been given lawful commands to stop on Thursday, Aug. 18.

• Christopher D. Molohon, 31, of Farmersville, was charged with theft after allegedly using another individual’s debit card without permission on or about April 17, in Girard.

• Diana M. Miller, 45, of Michigan City, IN, was charged with criminal trespass to real property after allegedly entering an establishment where her entry was forbidden in Carlinville on or about Thursday, Sept. 1.

• Taylor D. Stanton, 28, of Virden, was charged with theft after allegedly taking tools and money from an individual on Tuesday, July 26.

• Natalie T. Foley, 24, of Swansea, was cited for driving under the influence at 11:12 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 24, on I-55 near milepost 47.5 in Cahokia Township.

• Rochelle K. Maltimore, 30, of Jerseyville, was ticketed for driving under the influence at 5:03 a.m. Monday, Aug. 29.
