• Nicholas A. Williams, 29, of Staunton, was charged with violation of an order of protection after allegedly sending text messages to a protected party on Wednesday, July 6.
• Isaiah W. Norfleet, 19, of Benld, was cited for consumption of alcohol by a minor at 11:19 p.m. Monday, Aug. 15, on Rt. 16 in Cahokia Township.
