Bus forms for Zion daycare now available

Bus forms for public school students (kindergarten up to age 12) who will attend Zion Lutheran School for before and after school care are now available.

Please feel free to stop by Zion between 6 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, to complete a form. All public school students must have a new bus form filled out to attend.

If your public school child will be new to Zion, a daycare packet will also need to be completed....
